WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as the products are made to order.
Please refer to our size chart to ensure you order the correct size, you can read the instructions for ordering custom-made products in the next section down below.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, we are more than happy to correct the product. Exception in a situation where a custom-made product is not suitable please contact so we will correct the situation.
DO YOU MAKE EXCHANGES & REFUNDS?
Due to the exclusivity of each design and the nature of the pieces being handmade, we do not make exchanges or refunds.
Ina'Maaweel Couture ensures that the products are made with care and good quality, we also make quality inspection before shipping the product.
We offer free small modifications to ordered products, please contact us if you need it.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Choose the size that works best for you from the size chart by measuring the circumference of your chest, waist, and hips.
If you are unsure of your size, please contact us before placing your order.
Add the product to the shopping cart and continue by selecting the payment method.
Choose the delivery method either by mail or picke-up from the office, where we will notify you of the pick-up time when the product is ready.
The production time for a custom-made product depending on the design is 1-3 weeks. More detailed information is mentioned on the products page.
